Simona Kazimirova
Working in recruitment, I've spoken with hundreds of people who felt stuck, disconnected, or unsure about their career direction. Through both my professional and personal experience, I became deeply interested in the connection between work, identity, meaning, and well-being.
And at some point, I found myself in the same place. I experienced burnout. I had to step back, pause, and rethink what I actually wanted.
I originally studied psychology, but my career took me into recruitment because it felt like the more practical and secure choice. But over time, I felt I was not happy and couldn't figure out what was going on.
I didn't have everything figured out. But I knew something needed to change. Instead of trying to force a quick decision, I started approaching things differently. Not by trying to "figure it all out" at once, but by taking small steps, exploring, and building clarity along the way.
I returned to my original path, finished the Ericksonian coaching certification, and continue my psychological studies with psychotherapy training.
What I've seen, both in myself and in others, is this:
My goal is to help people live an aligned and fulfilled life.
Today I combine
- Real-world experience from recruitment, seeing how people navigate careers in reality, not just in theory
- Ericksonian & solution-focused coaching tools and structured processes, to help you move from overthinking to clear, practical steps
- Integrative psychotherapy training, adding depth to how I understand people and navigate change
